The Gaictech Continuous Sardine Cooker is designed to continuously cook sardines and other pelagic fish, either canned or loose on the rack. It is an atmospheric cooker, which uses pure steam. The inner system of the machine has a zigzag shape to optimise space and improve thermal efficiency. It can be adapted to various formats and production lines, making it more versatile than other cookers on the market.
