COMPOSITION
- Brine storage tank.
- Fish conveyor: The fish that is fed to the tank is taken by the pushers of this conveyor and immersed in the brine, moving it submerged from one end of the tank to the other end, where the conveyor located below will remove it from the tank.
- Output conveyor: The fish that reaches the end of the tank is received by this conveyor that will take it out of the tank.
- Brine filtering system.
- Made entirely of 316 stainless Steel.
