Specially designed for washing cooking grills smeared with fats, which are difficult to remove.

Features
- Immersion in a tank (to fill with a dissolution of caustic soda or similar product), before entering the washer, in order to soften the fat.
- High-pressure washing tunnel.
- Self-cleaning rotary filter for filtering recirculated water and discharging waste out of the water tank.
- Heating by a closed steam coil. Condensate recovery system.
- Grille transport on high-resistance conveyor.
- Automatic temperature control of dissolution of caustic soda and rinsing water. Reprogrammable.
Optional Features
- Availability to include the immersion tank and the washing tunnel in line.
- Availability to include the immersion tank and the washing tunnel in parallel, with a conveyor equipped with a U-shaped clasp.
- If the boxes to wash have not been used for cooking, the immersion process can be saved, just leaving the washing tunnel.
