- Simple slitting line:
Reception hopper with or without hydraulic tray tilter with conveyor.
Cutting conveyor and tuna saw.
Fish washer with water recovery.
Conveyor with side tables to basket the fish to proceed to its cooking.
- Multi-slitting line
Features similar to the previous one, with elements that make it particularly suitable to yield greatly with big size fish, being equally valid for medium and small fish.
Adds a multiple-crosscut-saw (up to 4 pieces) and side-trim saw with “V-belts”. These improvements result on higher yields as homogeneous cooking consignments and greater safety for the operator are achieved.
